The room small but cozy. This is a ground floor unit easy access. All the stores and mall are all in a few blocks. You never have to venture far to get anything desired. There are both an ElRancho and Kroger walking distance. I'm looking to split everything in half and the $800 Sometimes a little less is what it comes out to. That's all bills paid. Wifi is available fully furnished kitchen and bath plus laundry room. I'm a clean and tidy person. I like nice things and build or fix everything I have. My profession is Automation, robotic control and fabrication. Lots of fun and I do like to visit and not be a clam. I help when I can and where that makes perfect sense.
