Unfurnished private bedroom (bathroom shared with guest). Kitchen, Living, Laundry Room all available.
Must be clean (clean up after yourself), keep bathroom and bedroom clean at all times.
Must be employed (proof of income will be verified), have verifiable references/rental history, no drama, respectful, independent, and non-smoker.
Be willing to help around the house – yard work, pool, etc.
I have a dog (no dogs) cats ok if get along with dogs.
Rent $1200.00 per month due on the first of each month, $250.00 Deposit, includes utilities and Wi-Fi (if utilities substantially increase may be more, will discuss prior).
