3 bedroom townhouse in NW Dallas

This is a 2.5 bathroom townhouse that is 2 stories, has a backyard and a carport with a shed like structure. This location is equidistant to downtown and DFW airport with minutes of travel by car. Place is unfurnished and you are welcome to bring whatever furniture that you may have, all of the necessities are present and provided by me like the utilities cost and appliances. Landlord is super chill and is letting me be flexible with who I decide to bring on. Application fee is $30.

I want to find some cool bros to chill with and hang out to fill my extrovert needs as I’m still looking to find a life/work balance. I work in the tech industry, previously as a software engineer but moved on to something else with management, a nerd at heart but not by nature so. I try to keep things tidy especially in the common areas and I expect my roommates to do the same as well. I don’t do drugs or smoke anything, I would prefer if my roommates did not either.
