Need a Roommate for a room I have available in my apartment, room is a decent size, private bathroom and all utilities minus internet included in rent already, internet is $32/month if you plan on using it.
Pets welcome, however it is $20 per animal per the lease guidelines of the apartment complex, we will discuss lease length, but minimum is 3 months.
Please be a reasonably clean person, I do not accept slobs. I clean as a go every week on a schedule but that doesn't make me your maid.
Complex has a pool and communal washer and drier, however I have my own washer and drier which is free to use.
EARLIEST MOVE IN IS JULY 3RD OR 4TH 2024.
