Description

I'm a work-from-home game dev looking for 2 roommates who are friendly and can pay rent reliably. I have 2 kitties and I'm often out at a barn nearby with my horse. :) I like playing video games, reading books, and gothic fashion/decor.
Rowlett is a pretty area with some small farms around for pleasant views but very close to convenient restaurants and stores. The house is gorgeous, spacious, and pretty new construction!
I am pretty flexible with move in date and also living situation. There are 2 rooms/1 bathroom available; it seems like it will be easiest to rent out the 2 rooms separately with the shared bathroom, but I would consider renting out just 1 room/private bathroom to one roommate.
