I am looking for roommates! Solo applicants. No pets. No smoking. Applicants must pass background check. Refundable safety deposit required. All utilities and free WiFi included in monthly rent!

There are 2 rooms available for rent with flexible leases for a minimum of 90 days. Each room will have a lock for privacy. The first room is a massive master with private restroom. The second room is a normal sized room on the first floor of the house with a shared restroom with one other person.
