Looking for two roommates (just 1 person/room)! Currently 2 males, including myself, are in the house, and we are both professionals.

Close to restaurants, lakes, parks, and nightlife, 15 minutes away from Toyota Music Factory, 20 minutes away from Downtown Dallas, 30-40 mins away from most major Universities in the metroplex (UTA, SMU, DBU, UD, UTA, TWU and UNT) and 10 minutes away from DFW Airport. Two large living rooms/common areas. High-Speed Internet and flat screen television in shared common area, Washer & Dryer available and big backyard with grill. 2 dogs and 1 cat.
Rent is $1100/month for the smaller room and $1300/month for the larger room. Includes bills/utilities (High-Speed Internet, Electricity, Gas, Water)
The room will be available for move-in on May 1st and includes furniture, though you are welcome to bring your own (we have storage space for the existing furniture).
Roommate #1: The Owner is a male who graduated Pre-Med with a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Psychology - currently working as a District Manager.
