Room for rent

Full house with spare bedroom for rent. I live at the property with a small friendly dog. Nice size back yard, fully furnished aside from room for rent. I mostly work from home and have an office upstairs. Room is downstairs with own bathroom just outside the room. Full kitchen, living room and dining room. I work standard professional hours and am clean and considerate. Mostly quiet, will occasionally have friends over but not a big party person.
