Masters Bedroom for rent

It is a 3-bedroom house with a private swimming pool; I want to rent the master bedroom with a walk-in closet. You will have your private restroom with a shower and jacuzzi. The house is furnished and has appliances. The laundry room provides a wash, dryer, and storage space for additional necessities. There is a back porch and a big backyard. On-street parking is available. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood.
Gusts and overnight stays should be discussed prior to the visitation.
I have two pet lizards (Australian bearded dragons). Most of the time, they spent sleeping in the terrarium in the living room.
I am a professional. I have shared custody of my son (12 years old). He spends time with me every second week.


The WiFi, utilities, and gas are not included in the monthly rent.
