Upstairs for rent

Renting out my upstairs now. Perfect for one person who wants a whole upstairs suite. Or a student who just needs a place to sleep between work and school. Two of the 3 bedrooms are decent size but one is only big enough for a twin or to be an office.

Looking for 3 months then month to month basis.

$800 for one room plus split utilities. The rooms share one bathroom. If you want the whole upstairs to yourself we can negotiate rent.

UNFURNISHED- I do have bed frame only, a night stand and small table that can be used.

PETS- allowed but has to be approved. I have an 85lb service dog. She roams the house freely.

$600 deposit includes background check
$800 first months rent

Ideal person is clean, quiet and pick up after themselves. If you keep trash in your room or can't do dishes then this isnt the place for you. I installed new carpet so any damages will be take out of the deposit. No parties unless we discuss it first and agree. Male or female I don't care. I will take couples but you will rent the whole upstairs. No kids or babies. GLBTQ+ friendly. Smoking allowed only outside.
