Beautiful, furnished room in a lovely house

Beautiful, furnished room in a lovely house with plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood close to Southlakes Park (walking/jogging distance to the park), with easy access to Loop 288, and I-35 E. Close to shops, restaurants, etc. Large common areas, nice (and large) kitchen, large guest bathroom with double sink/vanity (space in-between), also a half bath, and a nice back yard & patio. (Rent amount includes all bills: electricity, water, internet, etc.)

I work from home, but I keep to myself, and I’m generally on the other side of the house. I have another room currently rented out. She has a small dog and hamster. Both she and the dog are really nice. She keeps to herself and her dog tends to avoid men. The dog hangs w/me whenever she is gone to work. The guest bedrooms are on the same side of the house, but not right next to each other. The large shared bath and hallway is in-between. There is a lot of room for people to have for themselves, even when both guest rooms are rented. Looking for someone friendly, mature, & responsible.
