Lease Take over april 1st to June 30th

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting April 1st. It ends June 30th. I have a roommate that is a girl. She’s super chill, quiet and likes to read and watch anime. It’s a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. I have the master bedroom with a nice bathroom and huge closet. Rent is typically $1815 a month and your have work be $910 that’s including valet trash. Water is around $15- $25 a month ,WiFi is $70 a month and utilities vary from $90- $150a month. Message me if interested and I have videos as well.
