Seeking a roommate to take over my lease ending in July with the possibility to renew for one year. I will be leaving the apartment beginning of May but I am flexible and willing to leave earlier if necessary.
The apartment is a nice and large bath rented by non-smoking females, all of whom study at UNT, including myself. The interested candidate will have their own bedroom and private bathroom. The unit is fully furnished, it comes with a washer and dryer, it is clean, and so are my roommates. Bills are included.
The apartment is located in Denton, ten minutes away from UNT by transit which is free for UNT students 😉, or 5 minutes drive. The way to the bus stop is a 2 minutes walk. There is a nice swimming pool and gym for residents.
