Looking for only 1 roommate in my 3 bedroom hm of 1220 sqft w/fenced in yard & wooden deck located in Flower Mound in the area of 2499 & Dixon Rd DFW Airport & DCTA Rail are minutes away. Private room which is furnished w/full size bed, dresser w/mirror & chest drawers & shared bathroom. Utilites included along with access to internet, satellite, WIFI, front load washer/dryer.  The common areas of hm such as kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, living room, dining room, parking. 

I am in my home 24/7. Looking for male only. NO DRAMA. My current male roommate has been living with me for 4 1/2 yrs.

If you need a place to call home no matter what's going on in your life at the present time then I may just have the place for you. Maybe tired of extended stays & expensive hotels?

Must be a responsible & has reliable transportation. No parties or drugs tolerated & will be grounds for immediate eviction. You must be neat & clean up after yourself. 

Must love dogs. I have 1 cute 50 lb dog, who is very sweet.

An application regarding background check, references & employment verification is required. Safety is top priority.
