These bedrooms are avail for rent (month to month), all bills paid. They are way bigger than the pic shows. The room is for one person and MUST HAVE A STABLE INCOME.

I can furnish a queen size bed, dresser, and desk if needed. The walk-in closets are big with lots of room for storage.
NO BIG DOGS, CATS OR CHILDREN. I MAY allow one small dog if it's quiet but definitely NO on big dogs and cats.

LEASE TERMS:
Month to month with signed lease and roommate agreement. Security deposit is equal to half of one month's rent.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the security deposit and first month's rent saved up, please do not contact me. I need someone mature and who is able to save money and who is serious in order to proceed to have you as a roommate.

About me: I'm 47 years old, grew up mostly in San Antonio, TX, graduated from UTSA in 2003, and moved up here for my job. I'm an introverted nerd- I like to game, watch TV/movies, and tinker around in the garage.

I'm hoping to find:
- young professionals/grad students/serious minded, mature undergrads
- individual who can keep a very clean house
- responsible person that pays rent on time
- peaceful, mellow person to share the house
- no party animals. My neighbor sleeps with his windows open a lot and has to wake up early- and I really like my neighbor! Let's be cool.
- no passive aggressive people. If there is a problem, we sit at the dinner table and discuss it as mature adults. I do not need any adult children living in this house.
- no messy people. When finished in the kitchen, clean it. We will all share bathroom and other cleaning duties.

The house is very nice. It's 3475sq ft and there is a lot of room to move around. The bedrooms and closets are big as well. I've worked with contractors to do A LOT of remodeling and upgrading. The whole house has hardwood floor except the bathrooms. It's a very clean house!

The house is located at the entrance of the first neighborhood in Krum. No lights or stops signs between the service road of I-35 and the neighborhood entrance. Get home fast, get to the highway fast!

The neighborhood is very quiet- this street especially quiet because it's not a "through street." The only vehicles that use this street are the ones that live on it.

The house has a three car driveway and there is plenty of parking available on the street. The property is 1/3 acre at the edge corner of a cul-de-sac. There is an empty field behind the back fence so we only have two neighbors and they're not very close. Lots of privacy for a house in a neighborhood.
