The room is empty, so you can furnish it how you like, but the townhome is fully furnished and decorated with a warm, luxurious, calm theme, with accent colors of light blue, beige, white, and gold. • Guests: I rarely have guests over and prefer a quiet environment, but do not mind you having guests as long as everything is handled respectfully etc.
• Morning or night person: I am flexible but generally prefer a quieter morning.
• Weekends: I usually spend weekends relaxing at home or engaging in quiet hobbies.
2. Cleanliness and Organization:
• Cleaning common areas: I am very clean and tidy, and I prefer to keep common areas well-maintained. I will be responsible for the cleanliness of the overall townehome and common areas.
• Kitchen and bathroom cleanliness: I keep the kitchen and bathroom very clean and expect the same from my roommate.
• Specific cleaning habits: I am thorough and consistent with my cleaning routine.
3. Financial and Rental Agreements:
• Budget for rent and utilities: I have a set budget and prefer to discuss financial details to ensure we're on the same page.
