Looking for roommate in 4 bedroom house

The room is 10 feet by 10 feet, which will also include a fan/lights in the room alongside a wired connection in two walls on the room, with wireless as an option too. The current room I'm looking to rent already is furnished with a twin bed with storage, alongside a dress with a mirror, but I can completely empty out the room if you want to bring in your own furniture. The closet is a walk in closet which I have a storage system setup to optimize the amount of storage for the closet space. I also have a bench area for you to store your items like shoes, and other things you may want to keep outside of your room for when you first enter the house. This house is only a few years, and I had closed cell foam used as the insulation, which definitely helps to keeps the temperature regulated. The bedrooms are carpeted, and the common living area has wood floors. The kitchen and bathrooms are tiled.

The housing community has workout centers it provides, alongside a pool area you may have access to with a badge I can provide which is right down the street.

I do have a 4 year old child and a Pembroke Corgi dog I live with. Other pets allowed will be subjective to the pet and must be discussed.
