Lake is just a one minute walk, with access to trails, boating and kayaking. Utilities, internet, and basic cable included. Full use of common areas, including dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, small and major appliances, laundry room, piano, and elliptical machine. House is only 7 years old and sits on 1/3 an acre and is close to the Lake District. This is a perfect arrangement for somebody who is a college student or a young professional that travels often and does not want to pay for an apartment. LGBTQ friendly. No pets, no firearms, no drugs, no overnight guests without prior approval, please expect to keep reasonable hours of quiet Sunday night through Thursday night, as this home has a working professional and a student. We prefer to have somebody live here that sees this as an arrangement that is more of a family/communal dynamic than somebody who just rents a room. This means doing little things like emptying the trash if you see it is full, and cleaning up your mess after you eat, and taking turns to purchase items that everyone uses such as trash bags or paper towels. 20 minute drive to UNT/TWU with no toll road fees and very little traffic.
