Room in Nice House for Rent

The room is a pretty decent sized room but it isn’t super large. It has its own closet and will be furnished. You’ll have access to the other rooms like downstairs living room theater room, garage, etc. As far as the theater room goes, you can use it as long as you ask and we have hundreds of movies to choose from. You can also use our streaming services and you’ll have your own fridge! Me and my dad (who you’ll be renting from) are huge movie enthusiasts and like Star Wars, Marvel, etc! My dad has a huge collection of hot toys and other collectibles in the upstairs living room. I’m a huge movie and anime fan and we do have two cats in the house but one is more social than the other but is friendly. My cat, Lance, practically lives in my room and won’t bother you.
