Need 1 roommate in Roanoke

Looking for 1 roommate to fill a spot of 3, already including me and my friend Zack. We are both Christian and are easy to get along with. We don’t have any pets, and are normally quiet and laid back for the most part. I should also mention that we do not live at this apartment yet, because we need one more person to acquire it, again you will need to be present with or give us your information so we can add you on the application. The rent portrayed is what we’ve estimated after doing a tour and asking questions, so it’s a pretty accurate estimation. Move in date will be around the end of may, or early June. lease term will be for a year or so. Lastly, since it is a 2 bedroom 2 bath, and three roommates, a room will be shared, but that can be discussed later.
