2 full rooms partially furnished

I have 2 rooms I'm looking to rent out as a set. Ideal for siblings, single parents, or close friends.

The bathroom for the 2 rooms is shared with each other (but not the master).
The first room is partially furnished with a full sized bed.
There is access to a set of stacked front load washer+dryer and a kitchen that will be accessible.
Parking is in front on the street or can accommodate a single vehicle in the back driveway.
I'm close to a large public park.
Hard Wired 1Gb up/down internet that is very reliable.

It's $800 for both rooms but be mindful that if one roommate moves out the other will be charged $600 a month until a second moves in.
