I am an early 30s African American female working professional who is looking for a late 20s to 30/40s female roommate to rent a private room and restroom in my house.

About the space: ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN $700 RENT. Room is located upstairs and away from the master bedroom to allow for maximum privacy. Room is fully furnished with a queen bed, storage unit, sitting chair and closet. Next to the bedroom is a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Desired roommate should be a working professional or matured college student who is quiet, respectful of the home, does not smoke or excessively drink. I own two cats so the person must either like cats or not be bothered by them.

Looking to rent the room for 6 months to one full year.

Security Deposit 1/2 rent.
