Extra Room in Long Meadow Farms

I have 2 extra rooms in my house! :)
My future brother-in-law is staying in one room, his brother was staying in the other room, but got married recently, and moved out. We’re looking for someone else to fill the space.

We don’t have any crazy expectations, but do you keep the place extremely clean. We both work quite a bit, so we aren’t home all the time, but when we are we love hanging out. We’ve got a couple of other people interested in the space, but would like to interview a few more before we make a final decision.

House rules:
No smoking indoors
You’ll need permission before having someone over.
Clean up after yourself.
If you break it, you buy it.
No loud music or disturbances between the hours between 12 am - 8 am.

The house is in an extremely nice part of town. I’m currently paying close to three grand a month for mortgage so the 750 that’s currently listed is quite a steal, I won’t be negotiating price.
