Large room for rent in nice house

I’m a 57 year old woman with several pups and a geriatric cat who lives in my bathroom. I’m home a lot due to health issues. I’m looking for a roommate to share my house with. Non smokers as I’m allergic to cigarettes. You have access to fridge, stove, washer/dryer, cable and Internet etc. You can use the shared space but I don’t like parties at the house. The neighborhood is a family oriented quiet place. You will have access to the neighborhood pool during the summer. I’m not expecting us to be best friends but I would like for us to get along since you will be living in my home. Plus you MUST love dogs. Less than 2 minutes away from I45. In between Houston and Galveston.
