I am seeking a roommate to occupy a room in my big beautiful modern home in the Energy Corridor. This house is in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located within a mile of Beltway 8 and I-10.

The room will come completely clean and furnished with a bed, nightstand, and closet with hangers. The full bathroom right across the hallway from the room.

The common areas are downstairs where you will have full access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, utilities, and half bath downstairs. There is also a little backyard for storage. Outside, there is carport parking and parking alongside the building as well.

There is a cute, friendly dog downstairs who loves to greet everyone but stays to herself most of the time.
