Replacing previous tennant

I'm a soon to be collage student currently working as a server and I need to replace my roommate who is moving out. The rent base is 1320(with slight fluctuations due to water and gas being included) split evenly 660 between us and the light bill is Gexa energy estimate to be $124 a month . I plan to have those bills split evenly between us. The master bedroom and living room are currently unfurnished. The apartment will be ready to move in by early August but before then I'd be happy to meet in person and talk details or let you check out the apartment. The photos I'm currently using are from the apartment website and are very similar to what you will be seeing in the apartment.
