Two bedroom 2 spacious bathroom in baytown!

This is a two bedroom two bathroom townhouse with the landlord living in the house next door, the land lord is extremely easy going just asks for the yard (front and back) to be picked up and bills paid on time. We are a 420 friendly household and smoke both inside and outside but we do not typically fill the house up with smoke often as we don’t smoke every day and also often smoke going to other places. I have 3 cats and two dogs, and I am very very clean. I like to deep clean every week and do little cleaning every day after work etc. I don’t ask for everything to be perfect, but please clean up after yourself and clean something if you can obviously see it needs it. Our house comes with a washer and dryer, fully furnished living room and kitchen, a very large non-fenced back yard and lots of parking space at the front of the property. It is right behind a Buccees and right at the edge where Baytown meets Highlands, roughly 25 minutes to downtown Houston. I live here with my boyfriend who is extremely friendly and pretty much spends all day in the room, taking care of the dog, or out of the house. Your bedroom is pretty large and is right next to your bathroom which has the washer and dryer in it, it’s about the same size as your bedroom. Please : no large dogs , cat may be acceptable on a case by case basis, reptiles and other things of that nature are totally welcome, couples are welcome provided you’ve had some time together and are not big on arguing. I like to be friendly with whoever is moving in! We don’t have to be best friends, but I’d rather not have somebody who wants to pretend I’m not there lol. Thanks!
