Our apartment complex has full amenities including three pools, two gyms, yoga room, weekly yoga and cycling class, darts and foosball room, valet trash, med center shuttle

The available bedroom is the master suite so it’s a huge room with a huge walk in closet and master bath. There was a limit on the pictures so I couldn’t attach more

The living room will be already furnished as shown, the bedroom will be unfurnished for move in. Other misc details:
— we are on the ground floor so it’s convenient to get in and out of the building
— washer and dryer are in unit, there is a small laundry room by the kitchen

Available to move in July or August, exact dates can be flexible. We have a great central location in the city and it’s a big apartment, right next to Hermann Park at 1 Hermann Museum Circle Dr 77004 (Circle at Hermann park apt complex)– close to Midtown, Montrose, Rice, and quick freeway access and bike trail access.
