I am a dentist who has lived in the area for 8 years. I am renting out two rooms in my three bedroom home. The home is 20 minutes from the Med Center, 20 minutes from downtown, and 15 minutes from uptown. The room includes one parking spot in the garage and access to all common areas including kitchen, 2 living rooms, and study. There is one shared bathroom for the two rented rooms.
