Empty Rooms for Rent

I have 3- one bedrooms available for rent immediately. The home is located near Towne Lake it is four minutes away from Lone star college, Kroger, and several delicious restaurants. The house includes 1600 sqft of living space. The restroom will be shared and there 2 on the property. Home features a newly renovated kitchen & great A/c system. Laundry room is included. If you send me a message I can share a video as the room is empty. Looking for someone to stay at a minimum six months I will do background checks and you must make at least 2X rent.
