I haved a unique situation where I only live there 50% or less in practice so you essentially would have a 3800 SW ft home to yourself most of the time. I stop over some time with my daughters ages 3 and 8 so would prefer a female housemate. (With school started during the week we are now there Wednesdays thru Fridays). I'm fairly neat and very welcoming. 15 years in energy industry. I have an MBA, we stop over to swim and have dinner.
