This is a 2300 sq ft townhome with all appliances and fully furnished. The room currently has a full bed in it, you would have a private vanity/sink area but share a bathroom. I have a dog who loves people. I work 9-5pm Monday - Friday but my other Roomate is a student at UHD and is typically home. The house has a 2 car driveway and is located 1 block from a small park. I have been here for 2 years and I love it. It is 5 min from downtown, 15 min from UH (with traffic), 5 min from UHD, 15-20 min from the Med Center, 15 min from Memorial, and it’s close to all the EADO bars and coffee shops. I’m looking for someone responsible and clean who is laid back.
