Room for rent - All inclusive , furnished home

Two professionals, 37 and 46 males, looking for an additional roommate for our tribe of 3. One of us is on work assignment and will be gone for the majority of 2024.

Excellent neighborhood to walk or bike around
Occasional poker game and ability to host game nights for those who wish.

For those with dogs, the owner enjoys walking them for his own health and "dog workouts" in the gym room playing tug of war. There are fantastic sidewalks with plenty of tree cover for a nice shaded walk with a dog.

The ideal candidate is the following:
Work schedule that is rotational or daily
Owns a loving and playful dog or 2 dogs
