person. Rent is $600/month including all utilities, internet, shared
kitchen, laundry access, off street parking. Your room is furnished
with a queen bed, mirror, bookcase, dresser, nightstand.
This home is 2 minutes from Beltway 8 & Highway 59/69, ALT 90, and is
20 minutes from the Medical Center and University of Houston. Ideal
living for medical professionals or students.
House rules:
1. No overnight male visitors
2. Clean up after yourself
3. Respect roommates, their properties, boundaries
4. No pets
5. No smoking
6. Quiet hours 10pm - 6am
