Looking to rent upstairs suite (2 bed 1 bath).

We're a couple with a spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house and are interested in renting out the entire upstairs to a single individual. The space includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, offering privacy and seclusion from the rest of the home. For approximately $900 a month, all bills are included. Amenities include internet, access to a washer and dryer, and two refrigerators (one of which is a deep freezer). We're looking for someone to move in by April.
