This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single garage home in a safe and quiet area In Garden Oaks. Easy access to I-290 and I-610. Approx 25 min commute to downtown during work week.

Entire house is furnished.

The available bedroom is fully furnished (queen-sized bed with side table, dresser, chest, and large mirror), and comes with a walk-in closet and en-suite access to a full bathroom. The split floor plan of the home allows additional privacy away from the common areas and the master bedroom.

Shared rooms consists of kitchen, dining area and living room. Living room has cathedral ceiling and gas/log fireplace. Appliances consist of clothes washer and dryer, refrigerator/freezer with ice dispenser, electric range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and in-sink food grinder. There is a fenced back yard and an enclosed patio. The third bedroom is an office/guest room furnished by the existing renter.

Utilities and internet service cost will be split 50/50 between renters. These costs are additional to the rent required by the landlord.

Existing renter is a non-smoker and has four cats that have access to the enclosed patio. No other pets allowed.
