My name is Karen and I am looking for a clean and responsible roommate. I have two rooms available with furnishing, like bed, cabinet, and table . A refundable deposit of $250 will be requested. All utilities, plus wifi, and a vivint alarm system is included. (Garage parking is available for an additional fee). I am looking for roommates who clean after themselves, respectful, and responsible. I have a month-to-month lease agreement and more pictures of the house that I can send. Please note that I have a medium size dog that stays in my room. If you are scared or uncomfortable with dogs, please do not apply. Lastly, please note that I am Not taking pet owners (as much as I like pets), and couples.
