1 spacious room with bath

Seeking a single male/female/student who is respectful, responsible, honest, has a car and a job. Must be tidy and clean. My son and I are both COVID vaccinated, not a requirement.

I'm a 35 year old single Mom, no drama, a germaphobe and OCD. No shoes inside(of course allowed in your room). I like to cook, watch movies and listen to music. I work during the day. My son is 14 and homeschooled. He's quiet unless playing on his game and in his room most of the time. I smoke, but not inside. I'm laid back and spiritual. We mind our own business and guest. Visitors are allowed as long they are respectful, does not cause trouble and does not exceed their stay.
