2 rooms and private bath

I have 2 rooms for rent with one bathroom $800/mo first and last up front. No deposit.
I have two rooms for rent to one person. One is furnished, the other is not (would be great for a home office). Both rooms are connected by a bathroom that will be privately your own. You will have all access to the amenities that a house has (washer/dryer, full kitchen, living areas, dining areas, etc.) I also have a pool in the back yard that you will have access to.
I have a full-time job but aside from that I’m home most evenings. I have a daughter that stays with me periodically but she will respect your property. I also have two cats that are I door/outdoor animals so my house does not smell like a wild animal nor do I have to deal with litterboxes. I consider myself a clean person (but not OCD) and keep my house in order and would expect the same from you.
I'm looking for a specific person for a roommate. I would prefer a female. I’m not a weirdo, it’s because I do have my daughter with me often and do not want another guy here. But I may make an exception if I deem you acceptable. You can have friends over (this will be your dwelling too) but only to visit. I will not allow my house to become a crash site for other individuals. Again, please be neat and pick up your things (wash your dishes, don't leave your laundry lying around, etc.).
