Looking for a chill roommate

Three bedroom house shared with 1 female roommate and a couple. We’re all young (25-30year old) professionals. We’re both pretty quiet and laid back. I have 2 dogs and cats so you must be ok with pets. Living room, kitchen, and patio are all shared space. You would have your own bedroom and would share a bathroom. We have a washer and dryer for use. Utilities would be included unless the bill increases dramatically. I can work with backgrounds and credit issues please just be upfront about it. The room will be empty and clean when you move in.
