Shared common areas: downstairs laundry room, kitchen, living room, and patio. Maid service comes out every month or as needed. We have a no-pet policy. The house is smoke-free. We are looking for clean, drama-free, respectful people. Fiber-optic internet & all utilities are included in the rental price. The landlord uses TurboTenant software. Applicants are required to complete a rental application & authorize a $55 credit and background check. Must have Renter insurance. Must complete a pre-screener before touring.
