Single room, $700/all bills included

It's a small bedroom with a big walk-in closet. The room is on the second floor of the house. The bathroom would be shared with two other people. We're all busy working adults, we all keep to ourselves. I am 28years old my parents live in the downstairs rooms they are in their 50s, our other roommate also lives on the second floor, he is in his late 20s as well. 24hr washer/dryer access. You're welcome to use the kitchen and living room area. We have a gym area too, you're welcome to use it. The house is 5mins away from i-45. Very quiet neighborhood.
