Room for Rent

I am renting a furnished bedroom in my home. You will have full access to entire house. The bedroom is large. It is also connected to a "theater room" which you will also have full access to, but not exclusively. Washer/Dryer. I have a large inground swimming pool with hot tub. The hot tub and pool is heated. I run the heater to the pool and hot tub in many occasions.

I would prefer someone who does NOT have a lot of visitors. If you smoke, I ask that you do it on the patio by the pool and NOT in the house. I have 3 small dogs. You must like dogs or this will NOT work out. One is a Boston Terrier, black and whie and the other two are french bulldogs. They are friendly and fun.

There are hundreds of restaurants and shopping in this area. The neighbord is very safe. Ideal for medical students or professionals who are on short term assignments.
