*Private room* 420 friendly

Relaxed, colorful, often times quiet older couple looking for a like-minded person to rent a room. We will be in the living room, as it is a 1 br apartment. Bathroom is shared so cleanliness is a must! Kitchen with be partially shared. You will have access to a portion of the fridge and pantry for your own purchased items! You will be responsible for your own cooking and cleaning. Since we will be living in the living room, we would prefer a person who is introverted and is not wanting a social relationship with us (basically renting a room). We live our life, you live yours and stay in your room. No visitors permitted, as my husband works from home, so reasonably quiet will also be needed during the hours of 930 to 630pm unless in your room. We have 3 Siberian huskies who are loud, rambunctious, and talk a lot! So, if you don't like dogs...look elsewhere! I keep odd hours, but will try to be respectful of you and your sleep schedule...however, I won't be accommodating to anyone. Also, the keurig is off limits! You will need your own coffee maker and pots/or pans! No excessive noise or bass, as we have neighbors. I do play music, but not loudly most of the time. I smoke weed inside, so if this bothers you, we are aren't the right fit! You are free to do the same obviously. Also, of you have a pet bring your family member, we love animals (1 pet limit). No pitbulls!!!!!!!! Photos upon request! It is a large bedroom and huuuuge walk in closet! Right off I45and 1960...15 min drive to woodlands!
