Very safe area, bedroom and bathroom to rent for female or male. 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. My son will occasionally come home from college and stay in the third bedroom. If single female will consider a child. If able to do housework I will discount rent. Full access to kitchen and living room too if I’m not using it. Have a small yard and can accommodate pets on a case by case basis. I have 2 dogs and a cat so pets must be friendly. Proof of flea treatment required. Credit check and rental history required.
