Looking for easy going no drama people

My current roommate and myself are looking to rent two spare bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The rooms are 11x14. Window AC units included so that you can control how cold your room gets in summer. All utilities and cable and internet included up to 200.00 in electric. Any amount over 200 will be split equally between the two spare bedrooms. A couple will count as two people not one person. We have one sweet dog and elderly cat also sweet. All we ask is be a decent housemate and do your part in keeping the house clean. The deposit is first and last months rent. Once you give a 30 day notice to vacate you will not pay rent that month because you have already paid that last month in advance.
