Furnished Room For Rent

Looking for female tenant to occupy Upstairs room with walk in closet. This room as well as the whole house has all new paint, brant new flooring, newly installed toilets, and all new appliances. It is an upstairs room with 1 other tenant. We both work full time and are away some weekends and occasionally during the week. I have 1 dog (trained). Do not wish to add anymore pets into the home. Also have a game room that is empty at the moment and free to turn into your own upstairs living area if u wish. We are both easy going and drama free but, cleanliness and good hygiene is a must! House located in a quiet subdivision with everything you need within a mile. Security cameras are installed as well. If you are looking for something bigger I also have an extra large master bedroom that is located upstairs as well with larger walk in closet, and unfurnished.
