1 furnished private room with bathroom available

I stay with my 5 year old daughter in my home in humble. We don't usually use the rooms upstairs. 1 furnished private room with a full size bed, closets and a bathroom is available for rent in 2nd floor. All utilities including internet and electricity is included in rent. There is also a hall available upstairs which can be used on a semi private basis. Kitchen, main hall, dining area and backyard can be used on a sharing basis.

The home will be ideal for someone who is looking for a family environment or someone with kids. We have a very calm & peaceful environment with a beautiful backyard.
