There is 5,000 sqjare feet of fenced in parking. The property is zoned to the highly rated Aldine Independent School District for long-term renters. Gerber Park is two blocks over, where you can play basketball on the full-sized court, walk the track, and/or use the updated playground areas or pavilion. The property is located one block from Highway 59 and within walking distance to a Metro bus stop for Route 6. There are several restaurants and shops in the area. The property manager lives in the area and should be able to address any on-site issues within 24 hours or less. New security cameras installed outdoors.

Only two people per bedroom allowed. Property owner pays for electricity, water, sewer, high-speed internet, and trash services. Smoking only allowed outdoors.
