2-story 6 bedroom house with plenty of space for a roommate. The house is less than 5 years old. In addition to driveway parking, there is also an attached garage available. The washer and dryer are both functional and can be used on-site. There is a nice refrigerator with plenty of space to be shared. The stove, oven, and dishwasher are rarely used, as I do not cook. Feel free to use any kitchen appliances! There is a large island countertop with plenty of space for you to enjoy your food or just sit down. Fast and reliable gigabit internet included. Utilities are included.

Your private room would be upstairs, along with your private bathroom.

No smoking inside
No drugs
No additional pets (I have 1 dog that stays downstairs at all times).

I am almost always home, as I work from home (even pre-covid). I have a stable career and manage my own responsibilities.

We can be the best of friends or strictly roommates that don't need to socialize with each other. Whatever would be most suitable for you.

Price is negotiable for the perfect roommate. I am looking for $700/month. The length of the term is negotiable.
